What’s Inside

  • Most months include one exceptional rare plant valued at over $100; occasionally you’ll receive two smaller but equally unusual plants. The genus will vary throughout the course of the subscription and may include Alocasias, Anthuriums, Begoniass, Monsteras, Orchids, Philodendrons, and more.  
  • The contents remain a mystery, but we source or grow our own exclusive varieties not available through typical plant shops.
  • Every plant arrives carefully packed and ready to thrive in your home.
  • All chosen plants are capable of growing in standard household conditions and our friendly care team is always on hand if you need further guidance.
  • Each plant comes it a care card so you can adapt her to your home with ease. 

Subscription Details

  • Unique, healthy plants every month – no repeats.
  • Plants are treated with a systemic insecticide before shipping to protect your plant and your home for up to 6 weeks.
  • Boxes ship in the first couple weeks of the month, weather dependant.
  • Flexible subscription options: adjust delivery frequency, skip a month, or cancel at any time.
  • When you subscribe for the first time, you’ll be charged immediately.
  • Future payments are taken at the same time as your original order date.
  • Discount codes apply to the first box only and do not apply to recurring charges.
  • Shipping charges are extra and added at checkout.

  • Due to the nature of live plants, boxes are non-refundable unless your plant arrives dead on arrival (photo proof within 4 hours of delivery required).

    FAQs

    Do you ship year-round?

    Yes – we ship every week of the year! However, in the case of extreme weather conditions or emergency situations (e.g. flooding/fires that would interupt couriers), we may delay shipping until it is safe to ship.

    How long will it take to recieve my order?

    We always choose overnight or express shipping options. Once shipped, most orders arrive in 1-2 days in Canada and the USA. Depending on your location, shipping might take longer. Occassionally, customs clearance might take an additional day.

    Where do products ship from?

    We ship orders from our store or specialized grow facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

    Do I recieve a tracking number?

    A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can also find your order and tracking information under your account.

    What's the process to return an item if I decide I don'twant it?

    We will gladly accept returns for a refund, provided the items and plants have not been damaged, propogated, or repotted. Returned plants are subject to a 10% restocking fee, due to the recovery care needed for returned plants, and shipping/permit costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as all paperwork required to ship back to Canada (e.g. phytosanitary certificates).
