The Plerandra elegantissima ‘Variegated’ (formerly Schefflera elegantissima) is a rare and stunning tropical plant known for its delicately serrated, narrow leaves with striking variegation. Unlike the classic False Aralia, this variety features cream, white, or yellow marbling along its finely textured foliage, adding an extra layer of visual interest. Its elegant, upright growth makes it a perfect statement piece for any indoor space.

Why You’ll Love It:

✔ Unique Variegation: Beautifully patterned leaves create a refined, airy look.

✔ Compact & Graceful Growth: Can reach 4-6 feet indoors, perfect for modern décor.

✔ Low-Maintenance Beauty: Easy to care for with the right light and humidity.

✔ Air-Purifying: Helps improve indoor air quality while adding a tropical touch.

Care Guide:

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light to maintain vibrant variegation.

Water: Keep the soil lightly moist, allowing the top inch to dry between waterings. Avoid soggy soil.

Humidity: Prefers high humidity; misting or a pebble tray can help in drier climates.

Soil: Use a well-draining, rich potting mix with peat and perlite.

Temperature: Ideal range is 18-24°C (65-75°F); protect from cold drafts.

Fertilizer: Feed monthly in the growing season with a balanced liquid fertilizer.

This rare variegated form of Plerandra elegantissima is perfect for plant collectors or anyone looking to add a touch of elegance to their indoor jungle.
