The Cordyline 'Kiwi', also known as the Hawaiian Ti Plant, is a striking tropical evergreen celebrated for its vibrant foliage. Its leaves feature a blend of green and yellow hues with pink margins, adding a touch of exotic beauty to any setting.

Care Guide for Cordyline 'Kiwi':

Light: Thrives in full sun to partial shade. While it tolerates shade, vibrant coloration is best achieved with ample sunlight.

Watering: Prefers moderate watering, with more frequent watering during summer months. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings to prevent overwatering.

Humidity: Enjoys humid conditions. Regular misting or using a humidifier can help maintain the necessary moisture levels, especially in dry indoor environments.

Temperature: Ideal temperatures range between 65-85°F (18-29°C). Protect the plant from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Soil: Requires well-draining, humus-rich soil. A mix designed for tropical plants works well.

Fertilization: Apply a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer monthly during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding during fall and winter dormancy.

Growth Habit: Develops into an upright shrub, reaching heights of 4 to 6 feet with a spread of 3 to 4 feet. Regular pruning can help maintain a desired shape and size.

Toxicity: Generally considered non-toxic to pets and humans. However, it's advisable to prevent ingestion of large quantities.
